I'm Doug Payne. My wife and I started this small operation out of our place in Landen Lake because there's always somebody nearby who needs a hand moving something heavy or hauling junk they can't fit in their car.
I drive my own truck. I quote you a price before I touch your stuff — whatever number I tell you, that's the number you pay. No "oh wait, that'll be extra" once it's loaded. No call center. Just me, and sometimes a buddy on the bigger jobs.
If you're a neighbor, you're already half a customer to me.

If it's same-day-doable I'll tell you. Otherwise we lock in a window — morning, afternoon, "before dinner." I show up when I say I will. If something goes sideways you'll hear from me first.
I load. I sweep up after. You pay what I quoted — Venmo, Zelle, cash, check. No surprise upcharges. If you're happy, leave me a Google review. If you're not, tell me and I'll fix it.
I run out of Landen Lake and stay roughly within a fifteen-mile circle around Loveland. If you're close to the line, call me anyway — I'd rather quote you a small extra mile fee than have you call somebody else.
For anything outside that circle, ask. If I can't make it I probably know somebody honest who can.
